Shipping & Returns
When you place an order, you will have the option to choose your shipping carrier and method. The estimate is showing estimated transit time from the time the package leaves our warehouse, it does not include additional 1-3 days handling time. The delivery date is an estimate only and is not a guarantee, and it does not include additional handling time we need to process your order.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends and major holidays. If in doubt, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
To get estimated rates and delivery times (from shipping date), please add your selection to your shopping cart and enter your mailing address. Please note that the quoted delivery times are not a guarantee, and may vary based on your location.
SHOESZOOO is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages so please be sure your address is a valid and secure address.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are located in Hong Kong, please allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges and returns to be processed after you have sent the item back. It may take longer for international orders. Please ensure to obtain a tracking service for the packages shipped back to us for your reference.
Customers within Hong Kong:
Unless specified in the listing, you may return new, unworn shoes in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase for exchange. This means the shoes must be received by us within 7 days after purchase. Shoes must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear. We advise our customers to try on shoes on carpeted areas to prevent scuffing. If the shoes are returned with scuff marks, signs of wear, toe marks, scuffed soles, we will not be able to process the exchange. Customers are responsible for all exchange and return postage fees. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All custom items are final sale. Some items are final sale and eligible for exchange only. These items are identified in the product listings. Items offered at 30% or more discount are final. Returns of 3 or more items are subject to a restocking fee of $200/pair. By making a purchase, you agree to abide to our store policies.
Customers outside the Hong Kong
You may return new, unworn shoes for store credit or exchange only. Shoes must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear. We advise our customers to try on shoes on carpeted area to prevent scuffing. If shoes are returned with scuff marks, signs of wear, toe marks, we will not be able to process the return / exchange. Customers are responsible for all postage fees. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We do not make any exceptions for anyone, and by making a purchase, you agree to abide to our store policies.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
If you need to return an item, simply fill out the return form that is enclosed with your purchase, or contact us at email@example.com to start your return process. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Depending on your countries, some packages may be subjected to additional customs fees which the buyers are responsible for. Please be reminded we are not responsible for any additional customs charges that your package may be subjected to. Therefore, we encourage you to check your country's import fees regulations. The shipping charges of your purchase only cover the postage cost; IT DOES NOT COVER ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS DUTY. We do not mark our items as gifts so we kindly ask buyers not to request this from us.
